• EAAB (PPRA registration) & NQF 4 estate agency qualification (essential)
• Matric certificate
• Proven real estate sales experience with a solid track record 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities
• Professional, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Proficient in MS Office
