Trafalgar Cape Town is actively searching for skilled and accomplished Property Sales Agents who possess strong professional acumen. These individuals will play a vital role as intermediaries, connecting sellers with potential buyers.

We are currently seeking agents for the Northern Suburbs, Table View, Blouberg, Southern Suburbs, and Somerset West areas. As a Property Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include effectively marketing listings and guiding buyers and sellers. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties

• Assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under favorable terms

• Assessing clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions

• Facilitating negotiation processes, offering consultation on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, while ensuring fairness and integrity

• Presenting and promoting properties to potential buyers

• Preparing and completing necessary documentation

• Maintaining and updating listings of available properties

• Collaborating with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors

• Driving sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

• Staying knowledgeable about real estate markets and industry best practices

• Scheduling and coordinating property viewings for prospective buyers

• Providing regular updates to sellers regarding inquiries and viewings

• Promptly responding to and following up on email and telephone inquiries

• Generating new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Matriculation

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent is advantageous

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

• Ability to work independently, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities

• Pleasant demeanor and trustworthy character

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
